Passionate about helping you prepare your body to enjoy your cycling
As a physiotherapist and long term movement lover, I know how important it is to have great movement skills and to learn to love to move.
As a cyclist who has raced, climbed mountains and spent weeks touring, along with a period working in elite sport, I have seen the needs for optimum physical preparation.
By this I do not mean just the heart and lung "fitness", but getting your body to be able to adopt ideal positioning on the bike so you are efficient and comfortable.

Learn how to use the body efficiently and effectively, by having good movement ability and awareness plus using the right muscles/movement strategies.
The recent focus on optimum bike fit has seen the world of ideal measurement come to us all. But if your body cannot adopt this "ideal" then you cannot "merge with you machine effectively and comfortably.
Similarly if you do not have the skills to use your body well on the bike, then you lose power and can stress areas such as the neck unnecessarily.
We understand that we are all different and not all want to be the fastest or strongest, but do want to enjoy and get the most out of cycling.
We teach you the skills to get your body able to harmonise with your bike and give you the joy of cycling.
